This Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for Kairos Ai plans and payment providers.
Kairos Ai sells access to a SaaS product with digital features. Refund eligibility depends on the active plan, payment provider, usage, billing date, regional consumer rules and any written agreement with the customer.
The Free plan is provided without charge for limited testing and does not create a refund right.
The Trial plan may run for 7 days and then convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled. Users are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if they do not want to continue.
Monthly fees generally cover the active billing period and are not automatically refundable after access has been provided. Future renewals can be stopped by cancelling according to the provider flow.
Duplicate charges, technical billing errors or clearly failed payment flows should be reviewed and corrected where confirmed.
Stripe and PAYTR may have different refund procedures, timelines and required information. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where possible.
Refund requests should be sent to info@kairosadvision.com with account email, company name, invoice or transaction reference, payment provider and reason for the request.
This policy must be aligned with final company jurisdiction, tax rules, consumer protection obligations and payment provider contracts before launch.
