Kairos Ai
These Terms describe the rules for using the Kairos Ai website and SaaS platform.
Kairos Ai is a SaaS platform for Meta Ads performance analysis, budget waste detection, creative fatigue monitoring, reporting and AI-generated recommendations. The marketing website provides product information, pricing, demo requests and checkout entry points.
By using the service, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that you have authority to connect, analyze and process the advertising accounts and business data submitted to Kairos Ai.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, controlling user access, maintaining accurate account and billing information, and ensuring your use of Kairos Ai complies with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected functionality, upload unlawful content or use Kairos Ai to violate Meta, payment provider or applicable advertising rules.
Kairos Ai provides decision-support recommendations, not guaranteed advertising outcomes. You remain responsible for campaign decisions, budget changes, creative changes and commercial results.
Plans may include Free, Trial, Starter, Pro and Agency tiers with different limits. Paid plans may be billed through Stripe or PAYTR depending on region. Prices, features and limits may change with notice where required by law.
Trial plans may convert to paid plans after the stated trial period unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing according to the active provider and plan rules; it may not automatically create a refund for previous charges.
Kairos Ai, its software, design, copy, dashboards and brand assets remain owned by the operator or licensors. Customers retain rights to their own business data, advertising data and materials.
The service may depend on Meta APIs, payment providers, hosting, email services and AI infrastructure. Kairos Ai is not responsible for outages, policy changes or limitations of third-party services outside its control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Ai is provided without warranties of guaranteed performance, revenue or ad results. Liability should be limited to fees paid for the service during the relevant period, except where prohibited by law.
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, policy violation, abuse or legal requirement. Customers may request account closure subject to outstanding billing and legal retention obligations.
These terms are operational SaaS terms and must be finalized with the legal company name, governing law, dispute venue, tax details and consumer/business rules before production launch.
